For new or proposed developments (that already have plans drawn up) that need planning approval for the use of the site, as well as permission to sell liquor for consumption on the premises.

    • Red Line Plan.

    • Planning Permit Application for Sale and Consumption of Liquor and the Use and Development.

    • Liquor Licence Application.

    • Cumulative Impact Assessment.

    • Operational Management Plan.

    • Submission of Applications to relevant Council and LCV.

    • Maximum Occupancy Assessment.

    • Building Permit.

    • Parking Demand Assessments.

    • Traffic Management Plans.

  • $8999 ex GST plus relevant application fees and advertising fees for your local Council and Liquor Control Victoria for a site limited to one story and up to 500sqm.

A Streamlined Process

  • 1. Discuss your goals.

    We hold three seperate meetings with your team to ensure we understand your vision for the business and properly define the scope and requirements for the project.

  • 2. We get to work!

    Our team gets to work preparing your relevant applications and designs. We work towards a three week turn-around from our first meeting through to initial submission.

  • 3. Submission

    Once your team approves all the relevant documents, we then submit your applications to the relevant statutory bodies such as Council and LCV for approval.
